This is 13th issue of this kit, manufactured between 2005 - 2009 with this type of artwork on the box.
Type 15 Series 3 kit No. 02040 still in the original box in very good condition, some marks, shelf wear and tape marks. Kit appears to be complete. Decals appear to be usable.
