This is the first issue of this kit, manufactured between 1968 - 1972 with this type of artwork on the box.
Type 3 Series 2 vintage kit No. 257 still in the original box, in very good condition, some marks, shelf wear, tape marks and writing on front. Kit appears to be complete. Decals have yellowed.
