This is the 11th issue of this kit, manufactured between 2003 - 2004 with this type of artwork on the box.

Type 14 Series 3 kit No. 03021, still in the original box in good condition, some marks, shelf wear and tape marks. Kit appears to be complete. Decals appear to be usable.
